Personal Information Collection Statement

K. Wah Real Estates Co., Ltd. (“K. Wah Real Estates”) needs the personal data of the app user(s) such as name, telephone number and email address for purposes including: dealing with matters relating to the app, providing services to the app user(s) and meeting requirements imposed by law. Apart from the abovementioned data, the app user(s) may provide K. Wah Real Estates with additional personal data which K. Wah Real Estates requires if the app user(s) wishes. K. Wah Real Estates will keep the personal data of the app user(s) confidential at all times, but K. Wah Real Estates may disclose and transfer such personal data to any companies within the K. Wah Group (including but not limited to K. Wah Real Estates Co. Ltd. and K. Wah International Holdings Limited and their subsidiaries) and/or any appropriate government or regulatory authorities for one or more of the purposes specified above.  The app user(s) has the right to ascertain whether K. Wah Real Estates holds the personal data of the app user(s), to obtain a copy of the data, and to correct any data that is inaccurate.  The app user(s) may also request K. Wah Real Estates to inform the app user(s) of the type of personal data held by K. Wah Real Estates.  Requests for access or correction of personal data of the app user(s), or for information regarding K. Wah Real Estates’s privacy policies and practices may be made by the app user(s) by email or in writing by post to K. In addition, K. Wah Real Estates intends to use the personal data (but limited to name, telephone number, email address) as provided in this app to conduct direct marketing to the app user(s) via phone calls, by email and/or push notification.  K. Wah Real Estates may also share such personal data with any member company in the K. Wah Group for direct marketing activities in relation to real estate properties and leasing matters, but K. Wah Real Estates shall not so use or share such personal data without the prior consent of the app user(s).  The app user(s) may at any time elect to withdraw the consent of the app user(s) to K. Wah Real Estates's use or sharing of such personal data for any of the aforesaid direct marketing activities.  Should the app user(s) wish to revoke the consent for using or sharing such personal data for conducting the above direct marketing activities at any time in the future, please notify K. Wah Real Estates by email or in writing by post at the email address or corresponding address above, and no administrative fees will be charged therefor.
